The Dewvest Story
In 2013 founder Louis de Waal, son Stephan and nephew Bertus de Waal embarked on a journey; to identify and act on opportunities in the property sector in the Western Cape. A seasoned entrepreneur and business consultant, an investment adviser and a regional banking specialist in commercial property deal structuring joined forces. The result is a dynamic group of likeminded individuals with a flair for excellence.
After ten years and several successfully completed projects, the strong belief that business should benefit the broader community still lies at the heart of the Dewvest approach. Louis believes that; “The three of us share a value system, an ethos of abundance (a belief that we can make business work profitably for ourselves, for partners and for other stakeholders)… we set out on an entrepreneurial path to build a sharing, abundance-driven ethos inside Dewvest.”
